Site supervision is a work performed by site engineer to check the quality of the work going on the site. Site engineer has all the architectural and structural drawings and he is well trained to execute the work as per prescriptions. Well explained designs and drawings don’t have any meaning if site work is not proceeding according to that because of untrained masons or contractor. Site supervisor ensure quality work by explaining and educating workers on site and supervise the work routinely.
We will be involved in the supervision of contractors and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite. We will plan, oversee, and implement construction efforts at work sites and report to the head office.
